This hotel is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel as it was fantastic! I previously stayed at the Homewood Suite in Port Richey and it was horrible stay at the Residence Inn and you will be satisfied.

I stay at Residence Inn quite a bit because of the convenience of having a small kitchen and eating area. Most of them, however, are older hotels, spread out like bungalows and with no elevators. This is a very nice hotel, but they need more parking. Food and drink are within walking distance and they are located close to the toll road for easy access to the Tampa area. The rooms are very nice with only a slight noise issue from other guest.
