I've never experienced such rude service in my life....The hotel room is not that impressive, just ordinary...The only benefit of this hotel is the boutique Shanghai Tang in the Lobby. Only 3 locations in the USA.

This hotel is best as anevents site--like a wedding or business meeting. It is very zen with incense burning in the lobby. It is also quiet and does not have much of a cocktail scene.
