the hotel itself was fine. nothing luxurious. the staff in this hotel is incredible. they are so willing to accomodate guests. they just don't say no to you. i would stay there again in an instant. location to cruise terminal can't be beat. again the staff and i mean everyone i encountered was top notch.

stayed here last year and didn't hesitate to book again. location is great for cruisers and being close to bayside market is a plus. rooms are clean and staff is friendly and accommodating. i would stay again!

This hotel is in stage 2 of a 4 stage renovation which is apparent as soon as you walk in the door.
