Clean and comfortable. Only had one small trash can in our bathroom, filled up quickly. Surrounding area is a little deserted. Downtown location walkable (if you're in good shape and enjoy walking) to harbor for tours etc. Right in downtown so get high floor to get some view and minimize the noise- decent roof top pool, better than most courtyards restaurant and tour desk right in lobby- parking indoors or valet.

This is a hotel with good conditions for travelers who stay in miami for short time. its well located. Near to the airport and 15 minutes to miami beach and the lincoln Road Mall. have facilities for parking you car and a little coffe bar for breakfast or some fast food.
