The entrance and lobby of Fashionhaus are funky, contemporary and clean. The location is close to the heart of SoBe with easy access to the freeway. Those are the positives. Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights . Location was good 5 minute walk to ocean drive and shops on Collins ave . Rooms were on the small side for a family of four , would probably suit couple . Premier inn with quirky decor .

Stayed here during Christmas vacation. Room was small but clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Popular with Europeans. Many restaurants, shops and sights to see within walking distance. Spent saturday afternoon / evening sipping drinks near the beach and watching the cruise ships depart.

I stayed here for Miami Winter Conference. Very clean, friendly staff. Close to pretty much everything we needed. Could of done with a bar, but that's my only critism, mind you there was a liquor store next door! Read the booking terms and conditions in advance .
