This hotel was very clean, nice, almost futuristic in design. The bathrooms are large and the bed was very comfy. It is definitely upperscale, which I usually like. I really don't have any complaints about it, but it just didn't "dazzle" me. Maybe because it was at the end of a long trip....and I was just ready to be home!

I agree with some of the precious reviewers. The hotel and grounds by the pools make one feel they are not in South Beach but in a tropical area. Great service. feel pampered. But definitely pricey and not for penny-pinchers.

The Setai continues to impress and amaze me. The service is incredible and very welcoming. Nothing compares to the food at the Pool Bar! Chef Thomas Griese is a genius. The grilled prawns are a must!
