The room was clean.....always had fresh towels and sheets...the staff was extremely helpful with suggestions.....and the conference rooms were superb.....that is way Holiday Inn will continue to be around for many years to come....

The decor and bathroom needed a little updating but the staff at check in check out were excellent and the room was clean. The location is convenient, on the beach and with easy access to South Beach.

Clean hotel, and close to nearby attractions - lincoln road pedestrian mall, south beach and a 30 minute bus ride to Aventura mall. The hotel does not live upto the Holiday Inn name. Lobby area is reasonable, but as one proceeds towards the room you can see that this is an old hotel, which has not gotten the proper upgrading that it needs.
