The staff is not friendly. This property really needs a HUGE renovation.Very mouldy and dated rooms. Would not recommend it unless what is important to you is to be at SOBE. Keep looking for other options.

My husband and I were going down for a quick weekend and for some reason all hotels were booked or you had to pay $500+ a night. We paid about $250-$300 and the rooms were dirty, bare walls, old and non working bathrooms. Needs a huge make-over to charge those prices for a 1/2 star property.
