Great place for a family vacation! The staff was excellent, very friendly! The Giraffe Cafe was delicious and affordable and never crowded! This was our second time at the Royal Plaza (the first time was in 2006.) We love the large room as we has 2 queens and a pull out couch. The room was on the 7th floor and overlooked the courtyard area. We didn't really hear any traffic from the highway either. The shower, as others have said, is powerful.... More

We stayed at this for one night in April. The room was big and clean, hotel was nice from what we saw and the breakfast was good . The downsides were the dated interior of the room, dark bathroom, extremely noisy air conditioning and noise from I4.
