As a yearly visitor (5th visit) I know quite some places in Orlando. This time we tried the Marriott Village at Buena Vista and had some good experience with the Springhill Suites. As usual for the Springhill Suites the room is big and could accompany 2 adults and 2 children. It comes with a working desk, a small fridge and... More

I stayed a the hotel on May 14,2012. First its a great location especially if you are going to Disney. I was headed to Universal but still found it very convienient. Its across the street from an outlet mall, Carrabas Italian Grill (Yummy) and a great Catholic Church if you are looking for one. When I arrived I was greeted... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times and i have not had a bad expierence once. It is a 3/4 star rating hotel, there is not much to the hotel itself apart from the pool and a very good breakfast but as you have two other hotels on site it makes up for it. The location is great as... More

Stayed here for 7 nights at the beginning of May, the rooms are a good size and layout although the sink separate from the rest of bathroom was a little strange. We had heard that the pool are was noisy and when we were told we had a room overlooking the pool questioned the noise issue. The receptionist assured us... More

We picked this hotel for our honeymoon through Expedia as I like getting hotels with kitchenettes. Location was good, and I liked the kitchenette space but, the layout was awkward. For one thing we had NO good place to put our suitcases. Also, even though we told the front desk people it was our honeymoon, they put us in a... More

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. Check in and parking was easy. The room was spacious and accommodated our family. The self-serve laundry facilities were reliable and clean. The pool was nice. The room wasn't as clean as we would had liked. Trash and rotten food was found in the pull out couch and a pair of... More

I must say, I am astounded by the poor reviews this hotel has received recently!! I visited with my husband and 4 year-old son between 14th and 28th April and absolutely loved this hotel!! It's in a great location, only 10 minutes to both Disney parks and Universal/Sea World and it is quite easy to get out of the hotel... More

This hotel is aweful, it is very dated and the rooms are not ready until way after check in time. The front desk staff does not listen, I had to scream in the lobby for a manager and call corporate customer service to have my problems somewhat corrected, I write this from my run down room, only as my two... We typically love Springhill Suites and are loyal Marriott customers. This hotel is well below normal standards. Our bathroom had black mold and a spongy ceiling. The hair dryer was in a pile on the counter with the screws. The carpet was soaking wet (likely because of the terrible bathroom). The sheets for the pull out we're tattered. We stayed... More

We were assigned a handicapped accessible room, which normally isn't an issue. It was here. The pool/hot tub are right next to the window of our room and pool hours were until 11pm. Two High School bands were staying there that week and it was very loud and busy both outside the window and the hallway. The hallway was a... More
