This was our second stay in this hotel just me and my 2 children. The room was perfect and the staff really nice. The pool and the pool area are very clean. Great stay again. Hope to be back next year.

Do not bother with this hotel, there was no offer of help with our luggage or car parking, a hornet nest was outside our window, no balcony, basically it is boring especially when compared to almost any Disney hotel. We encountered two problems. The staff quickly resolved a security issue by moving us to another room. The shortage of luggage carts was not resolved. It was not the staff's fault. They did the best they could and were very helpful.

Stayed here for 4 nights after a cruise to get a taste of Orlando. Was really impressed - we arrived way too early for check - in and they arranged an early check-in for us. Affordable, clean- perfect for a family vacation!!! Definitely coming back! CVS and restaurants within walking distance as well. A gem! Ice cream social at the pool, Starbucks on site :) Nice to have a quiet pool and another where more of the action is. Very clean rooms.
