This hotel both at the villas and the regular hotel are full of wonderful details. The log cabin interiors are wonderful, the fireplaces are inviting, and the pools and hot tubs are phenomenal. If you are torn between a relaxing mountian retreet or a whirlwind trip to disney this hotel can give you both!

The villas are a wonderful extension of the wilderness lodge. They are connected seamlessly by a covered walk way in the front and by sidewalks back by the beach. Proximity to the Magic Kingdom is a huge plus. Transportation by boat to MK, as well as the Contemporary and Fort Wilderness was very convienent. We stayed in a one bedroom... More

This is a terrific DVC Resort -- the studio units are cramped, but last weekend we stayed in a 1BR and the four of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The best part of staying at Wilderness is the quick boat trip to the Magic Kingdom. Units are always clean and having two sinks in... More

The 1-Bedroom villa the 4 of us stayed in was very nice and clean. They have all the convinces of a home. The view if the courtyard and Bay Lake was nice. The staff was nice. The food in the Roaring Fork was good. You can take a boat from the Lodge to either Magic Kingdom or the Contemporary Resort.... More

We spent 5 nights at the villa's recently and loved it. We are DVC members and usually try to stay at the Boardwalk or the Beach Club villa's but decided to try the Wilderness lodge due to limited availability at the other resorts. First off the resort itself is incredible and is like driving up to a great lodge in... More

We stayed at the Villa's for 7-days in April of 2012. We were in room 1512 which is right at the front of the Villa building, therefore it is steps away from transportation and the main lobby. We were also located close to the pool. It was clean, quiet, and all of our needs were met immediately. We absolutely loved... More

An amazing room. Stayed in a one bedroom villa for 4 nights. The attention to details just incredible. The villa had heaps of room for the family to spread out. Staff very helpful. A welcome relief after 4 weeks traveling with two kids. The smell of the trees on the veranda in the morning was just lovely. Never waited more... More

We really enjoyed the Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. Upon entering the main lobby, I could not contain my "wow". The structure is so impressive in the way only Disney can do. The theming is fantastic. We had a one bedroom unit that had a nice kitchen and a wonderfully roomy bathroom area, including a large walk in closet. These... More

My wife, 12yo daughter and I stayed four nights in the Villas at the Wilderness Lodge from April 10 – 14, 2012. We are DVC members and stayed on points. We stayed in a one bedroom room with a king bed and a sleeper sofa. Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the front of the villas walk-way from... More

The minute you arrive at the hotel you really feel like you've been transported to the American Wilderness. The landscaping of the grounds is superb and we really enjoyed walking the nature trail, or even better, hire a surrey bike and save those tired legs. There always seemed to be a quiet corner of the grounds to sit and relax... More
