The hotel was dated and worn. Some of the furniture actually had chew marks on it.They must have given themselves the plus because they do not even have available the things that they advertise that are suppose to be the reason for the plus. The hotel is not walking distance to universal studios as advertised. Would not go back.

This hotel was very clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. We had a room with two queens. The beds are extremely comfortable. Nice tile bath, in room safe, and mini-fridge. I have now stayed at this hotel three years in a row, six days each time. It has very clean, comfortable, well-appointed rooms; nice pool; good hot breakfast and within walking distance to quite a few restaurants. Twenty minutes from the airport.

Within walking distance to Universal...just what we wanted!! Walgreens in the plaza area...very handy. Couple of different places to grab a bite to eat, if you didn't want to eat the expensive food at Universal ( food there was just ok...).
