I recomend this hotel and I would like to say in special about Ricky, he gaves me all the necessary support and helped me with some little problems that I had here. The hotel and the services met my needs and expectations. I had good times there!

The hotel is under renovation but the staff wants to make sure your stay is pleasant. Some noise from the I-4 , but location is great. Rooms as clean as most expensive hotels, loved the fact that rooms have no carpet, wich trigger my allergies. I will definetely be coming back every time we travel to Orlando

Simply put, this "resort" is not worth the full price they charge. I got a good deal for their grand opening special of around $69 a night, but I struggle to believe it's worth that. This resort is off the charts!! Excellent service, security guards for safety, pool with a mock beach, extra large for enjoyment, hot tub, plenty of towels, spacious rooms. Lots of smiles & excellent friendly staff! Reasonable prices! Totally enjoyed out stay here & was even upgraded when we arrived! Definitely will be staying here again!!!

Very good hotel where everything happens in Orlando. Dont know why people complain. Its very comfortable, modern designed and the amenities are great, eventhough the bar at the pool is yet to be open. Thanks god we chose this hotel. We will be back to it in the future.

Great value, excellent service and very clean rooms. The pool is HUGE. The location is great for restaurants. You could walk to many nearby restaurants with or without music. Easy access to Trolley to take you to all the parks or the hotel has a shuttle. The aps and pool bar are not complete yet, but not a big deal.

Visited resort! in April, its like a done up Butlins old rooms. There was building works going on which we were not told about. It was very noise from about 4am in the morning. No safes.
