My colleagues and I spent 02 nights here. Our "not so good" experience started from the time we went to check in. We had to wait almost 03 hours before our rooms were ready. The front desk folks couldn't give us a straight answer for the delay and could neither accommodate us in another room at least to change. We... More

The Embassy Suites Orlando/Lake Buena Vista resort was everything we could have hoped for and more. The hotel was conveniently located near I-4 and SR 535 as well as Downtown Disney and the Premium Outlets. The hotel had a great pool for visitors of all ages. While we didn't have time to enjoy it, we noticed a kiddie pool, hot... More

A decent, good family hotel when visiting Disney. Only a mile from the Downtown Disney entrance, it abuts I4 from the back side. Excellent breakfast and Happy HOur...rooms have separate living room and can easily accommodate 5. Parking is free and controlled with your room key. Staff was friendly and Disney tickets are sold there. Our bathroom caulking was a... More

We stayed at this hotel from May 1 to 11, 2012 and had a most enjoyable stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The lady that checked us in made sure we had all of the information we needed as this was our first time in Florida. She also gave us a code for free wireless internet... More

My family of 5 recently stayed at the Embassy Suites for our Disney vacation. We enjoyed the staff and the hotel's restaurant, happy hour & pool. The happy hour was really awesome because they offered snacks such as chips and dip and goldfish for kids along with beer, wine and liquor drinks. Slushies for kids was a nice bonus. The... More

We have stayed at this hotel several times and it never disappoints. Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, yummy breakfast and great location. This hotel doesn't disappoint!

Although not a five star hotel, we did have a good experience. Our family spend 7 nights during spring break. Breakfast on a week-day was great, no line-ups and very less chaotic. On the week-ends, the school groups roll in (sports teams and bands) which make the hotel loud and the waits at breakfast longer. Room was standard and outdated... More

This hotel has obviously been around for a while. Furnishings and linens have a dated look. Our room was clean but dust was visible in lobby display case and on our alarm clock. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was adequate... Holiday Inn feel. Not my favorite.

We stayed there in December of 2011. The hotel was under going renovations. We got a room with no insulation around the door. Old CRT TV. The breakfast was very good. Hopefully now that the renovation is complete it will be much better. The shuttles don't return until 6 PM in the afternoon from the parks which is a bummer.... More

If you are looking for a hotel with a good rate for good accommodations, this is a good choice. All rooms include a sitting area, kitchenette with fridge and microwave and separate bedroom. We got a great rate through AAA for $112 per night--- though, this price varies ,depending on the date you choose. Breakfast buffet is included in price.... More
