bryans is small, clean and very comfotable. we had 2 bedrms and 2 baths with a living room, kitchen and small patio. it sits right on the lake for fishing off the dock or they provide a canoe. they also have pool and hot tub. they are very close to disney, shopping and restaurants. we enjoyed our stay.

Very nicely equiped with Washer, Dryer, Dish Washer, Vacum Cleaner, Iron and Ironing Board. Its a short distance from Disney's Attractions, friendly staff and very clean grounds. Shopping and Restaraunts within a mile Reccomend renting a car on your arrival. Great place

Nice apartment , clean , with everything you need right on the lake. Close to everything. Book directly with time-share for better price. The only complaint that internet is expensive.

we have stayed there on and off for the past couple of years. we like staying there. it is the right size for family trips .easy to get to the pool with kids.we stayed at a big resort last year and spent the whole time wishing we stayed at the spanish cove. right size right location .
