Lobby construction inconvenient. Parked car took suitcases in lobby, then found out it was at opposite end. After check-in had to drag suitcases back again. Noisy at night kids running around the halls.

Better communication among staff and with guests. Better management. I had a lot of problems with staff not getting what i want right and i liked the hotel itself but due to all the inconvenience i had next time i will stay somewhere else.

We have stayed here many years ago, the changes that have and are taking place certainly are positive. There may be some inconveniences while new construction is occurring but you can't beat what you are getting for $75 a night. Rooms were very clean
