We had nine ladies in three rooms the night before our cruise. The hotel was very nice, well appointed , and very clean. The suite had two separate rooms so we had plenty of space. The shuttle driver was great as was the desk staff. What a great way to start our "girls vacation"

I spent 21 days at the hotel and I would like to thank all of the team members for the special treatment that I had; all of the front desk, personel from restaurant (breakfast) two very special ones. Mr. Jesus (restaurant) and Rosa mendonza (hosekeeping)...thank so much. Hope to see you next year.

We made reservations for a handicapped room but were disappointed that it only had a bathtub. and no shower. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and they had clearly done a mild refresh of the lobbies and corridors, but the rooms felt outdated, old, and dark. Stayed at the Sheraton for 2 night on a business trip to Orlando. Great hotel and the rates are very reasonable. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The staff is friendly and the rooms are big, clean and quiet. Internet access worked pretty well also. Very close to restaurants and highways.

We stayed at this location prior to departing for the Disney Cruise. The staff was extremely helpful. They shuttled us to local resturants, airport pickup and even had shuttle to the ship (for a fee). The manager Nelson was nice and his staff reflect his personalilty and service. We had since stayed at this location and will us them again!
