“Great Spot to stay real close to Universal.”

This isn't the Hyatt you can see across the highway from the parking garages at Universal, you can walk down the road from there, but I liked our location better. My daughter and I stayed here to be close to the convention center and we walked to it. We were on the top floor. “Sloppy reservation service”

Hotel lost my kayak reservation. They kept me and my kid in the lobby for hours until finally we were given a smaller room. They promised to wave cost of one night stay, but instead charged us double amount. Hyatt stuff admitted that kayak reservations are frequently lost.

“Great check in”

The hotel is clean, and comfortable, a few dings on the furniture and marks on the walls. Could have done with some TLC. We arrived late at night and left early the next morning, so didn't get to see much of the hotel. But young man that checked us in was super. Breakfast was typical. We would stay here again.
