This is the first time i stay in a Embassy Suite. The experience was good. I am glad to stay here. Everything was perfect. Free and secure parking. Free breakfast. And great location

My family and I are staying here for a sporting event. The hotel knew this in advance but still gave us rooms on a smoking level floor. Rooms - very nice, staff - very pleasent, on site restaurant - excellent, breakfast service - good. My only concern, get rid of the two fully grown swans; it is inhumane and cruel to have them in the pond in the lobby and the Hotel does not need them.

I stayed here for a week in Feb., 2012. Our first room(suite) didn't have a door between the bedroom and living area. We called and were told they would send one up-didn't happen. This was our 1st time staying at an Embassy Suites property and found it for the most part to be worth the price. The Lobby area is beautiful and large. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service is absolutely Great. the staff is Very courteous and helpful (Holly, Susan, Alfredo & everyone - especially the Great breakfast whipped up by Champagne). The stay on 2nd floor was clean. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

We have never stayed at the Embassy Suites and we were very happy that we chose this one. The suite was very large, clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts and cocktail receptions. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back when we are the area again.
