Stayed here four years ago and had a good experience. Tried it again recently and it's one step from totally closing down. Fifty percent of retail business is closed, grounds are in disrepair. So promising at one time but has definitly fell on hard times. Very disappointing.
My wife and I can't believe how depressing this place is. I am not sure its because the failed vision was so extravagant, or because its shady at night, but its even hard to come for dinner to one of the restaurants because you leave feeling depressed. Place is horrible, full of scary looking creeps, who rents units. It's cheap, that's why it's full of trash!
Horrible place, no one is available for questions. You do not have ocean view, you may see a few shady looking people sleeping in the hallways. Our condo door had a hole in it as if someone shot through it. The lobby is deserted, no on call person nothing. I will never return there.

We booked about eight rooms for a wedding in Palm Coast. After reading the trip reports we were expecting a nightmare. We were assured by Richard DiFede, a new management company that took over European Village, this would not be the case.
All the guest arrived at different times and everyone was very friendly and could not be more helpful...
