This is a great hotel. It is small, quaint, with a friendly staff and fun activities. The units have full kitchens and a washer/dryer, as do all Marriott Club villas. There are grills you can use, a putt putt course, corn hole, and of course an awesome golf course right there. The ONLY thing you'll miss is the beach itself.... More

Legends Edge is my my home time share with MVCI. Our stay this week has been wonderful. Our villa is spacious & well maintained, with a view of the Lagoon. The staff could not be more friendly & professional and contacted us before we arrived to inquire if there were any of our needs to be met in advance of... More

This timeshare resort is on a spit of land surrounded by bay. No beach, but it is only a 10 minute drive to St. Andrews Park. Our room was very comfortable for four adults. We had some minor problems with electricity and plumbing, which were promptly addressed. Staff was pleasant and we enjoyed the complementary wine and cheese they had... More

We have been to 9 different Marriott properties in the US. This property is clean, well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly. If you could move all of the above out of Panama City, it would be a really nice place to visit. We traveled 45 minutes each day to SeaSide, FL to enjoy the beach, restaurants, and a... More

Location was beautiful, but getting to it was through densely developed area. Staff was terrific and changed my room at my request without any difficulty. Rooms were clean, but not quite up to par. Food was good at both the inside bar and at Lime's. You must take the ferry to the beach with it's beautiful white sand. Sunsets are... More

As a Marriott owner so let me say that this property is well maintained, clean, and the staff is excellent. As far as a hotel stay is concerned this property is fine. My issue was that there is no water access. While we knew the property was not typical "beachfront" but rather on the bayside, we were under the impression... More

The rooms are spacious but the resort is not what you expect from a Marriott Vacation Club property. There are only two buildings, but there is not a restaurant on site. There is no tiki bar at the pool so, if you are like me and a vacation includes a frozen pina colada poolside with an umbrella in it, you... More

We have stayed at several Marriott Vacation Club properties and the two bedroom villas at this resort are the largest and beautifully decorated and seemed rather new. It is not huge resort, having only two buildings. All rooms face onto the nicely landscaped courtyard and pool area. Very convenient for golfing and a very quick drive to the beach. We... More

This was our second stay at Legends Edge and the customer service was even better the 2nd time. The units are beautifully furnished, bedding is luxurious, lots of fun activities offered. Someone called us at home before we came to inquire if we had any questions or concerns and also called during our week to make sure our stay was... More

After staying at some other timeshare properties, we chose a Marriott property and confirmed that they are a step above the others. Our 2 BR unit was immaculate, well appointed and looked to have been recently at least partially renovated. Carpet was new or near so, there was a new shower curtain in one bath, and the pool area was... More
