“Clean but needs renovating”

Comfortable bed and nice pillows.I was upgraded to the 6th floor Executive Lounge which required a special code in the elevator. Clean, very quiet, nice pool but in desperate need of an update. “Smelling smoke”

Happy with this property til tonight when we are smelling cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom. Called front desk who said they'd send security up to the third floor. Only change we can sense is the smell of Febreze in the hallway. So much for no smoking hotel, ugh.

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We are a non-smoking hotel but we do offer designated smoking areas located outside for the guests to use if they choose. When we are informed of a concern with smoke, we do our best to try to find the location and advise the guest of the smoking... More

I stay at this hotel frequently on business and am always satisfied with the service. On site restaurant and lounge are great and the staff exceptional. The facilities may be a little older but are always clean.
