We were in Condo 804 across from Club LaVella. We were there April 2012. Beach view beautiful. Condo was clean. It needed minor repairs. Patio furniture was rusting (accident waiting to happen). To many fees tacked on to the room charge. Cleaning fee $90.00, Waiver fee $45.00, Registration fee $15.00. Music from Club LaVella loud (Spring Break).

The condo was exactly like the pictures. Our balcony view was great and it did face the famous Club Lavela. Although it was loud when they had event it was entertaining and did not bother us at all. We stayed in 501. Itwas the farthest from Club La Vela and you couldnt here the Music at all. The view was great andeverything was super clean.

Our Gulf view was more of their pool and La Vela club ..When we got there LOTS of things did not work (toilet , lights etc). I do not understand why they offer "the Gulf View" and put you on the first floor where you cannot see the Gulf at all. I am highly dissapointed !! Next tiime just stay... More

I was told that I would be charged $150 for my room, they tried to charge me $300 and added ridiculous charges like room cleaning charge and mandatory insurance. I ended up canceling my reservation but I haven't been refunded my money
