I don't have much to compare it to, but we enjoyed the condo - close to everything...quiet, great view, easy access and nice pools. Seemed like property is very well-kept and I like the gated/guarded parking lot. Elevator was pretty quick too. Loved the view and easy access to beach. Would definitely stay again.
