We stayed at the campground a week over spring break with our two kids and two dogs. The campsites are a little close, but they are full hook ups on good concrete with adequate shade and we were never there with so much to do elsewhere. The beach is visible from nearly every site. Unlike the little wedge of crwoded... More

We stayed in a one bath, one bedroom with two beds and a pull out couch in the living room. Before my trip I read a few reviews and was a little leery however the cottage was nice. The cottage was clean and not dingy as the appliances, paint, flooring, and windows were all like new and well maintained. There... More

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin on the beach. The beach access was great and the view from the decks beautiful. That is the total positive I can say about the cabins. Besides the beach cabins, there are also one and two bedroom cabins on the bluffs just a little further from the beach. The cabins need a good... More

We traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 10, 8, 6, 2). The 2 bedroom cabin easily slept 7. The beach access was easy to get to and the cabin areas were extremely well kept. Grills in between each cabin were large and easy to work with. Each cabin was well equipped to make your own food. The patios... More

Maybe some of the other reviewers were looking for a hotel, but this is a campground. It's got some cabins but the main thrust is the area for RV's and tents. There is a nice clubhouse with several tables and chairs as well as a TV. The laundromat is located next to the bathrooms, which are excellent for campsite bathrooms.... More

The cabins cost 100 a night, for a one bedroom suite. The bedroom had two beds in it, I think they were fulls, maybe queens. The beds were sunken in, which made for a lousy night of sleep. The location was great, you could walk right to the beach in about 100 yards. If plan on just staying there at... More

The campground is a wonderful place to get away for a vacation in the RV or rent a cabin. The service has become non people freindly and very heavy handed. Always moving people around. Some how this place has lost the freindly nature it used to have. Makes the military look like the people serve it and not serving people.... More

I, like the previous person read the reviews about Oak Grove Cabins and was amazed at the very negative review written about this place. My family and I are now retired from the Air Force. I first came in contact with Oak Grove when I was sent to attend a school at Corry Station just outside NAS Pensacola. It was... More

My family stayed at Oak Grove Campground and Cottages at Pensacola Naval Air Station Dec 24-26. We had a waterfront RV site and a two-bedroom cottage. After reading a negative review I was prompted to write about our very positive feelings about Oak Grove. We used it for our family Christmas reunion. The entire site is very well-maintained, quiet and... More

My family and I stayed at this site to be close to and visit our son at the Naval Station, what a mistake! Besides the bugs, small cramped quarters, saggy beds, smelly linens, and stale air conditioning there really was no benefit in staying here. For $20 more, I could have had a 3/3 condo on the water in Pensacola... More
