First time staying in a B&B, The Old Powder House was an excellenct place to stay. Centrally located to all the historic attractions. Katie was a splended host, she made us feel right at home. We stayed in the "Splendid Time" room, it was very nice and cozy.

For anyone visiting St Augustine, the Old Powder House in a great location to see the sites of the town and make use of the various tourist related services. We were hit with one or two too many rules on arrival and the manager made it very clear that "she" was in charge. I think that was unfortunate and unnecessary.... More

Stayed for our Honeymoon during busy Veteran's Day Weekend (Miranda Room). Beautiful place to stay. Comfortable bed, clean room, wonderful breakfasts. Beautiful, clean, charming, well located. Katie and Kal take excellent care of their guests, from the accomodations to the lovely and delicious homemade gourmet breakfast. Very good value. Try the Floridian restaurant across the street - excellent.
