It's a decent place to stay for the price, but I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night. The staff was friendly and helpful. And while the breakfast is lacking, they did a good job of keeping things stocked on a busy morning.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Lots Of places to eat close by, an outlet mall around the corner, an arcade & entertainment park at 3 min from the hotel. Maybe 8-10 min from downtown. Check in was a breeze and the rooms were very clean. The children enjoyed the pool while the adults kicked back under the umbrella. The tourist attractions aren't too far. This is a busy, touristy area, so the hotel rates are on the expensive side. Ordinarily, I would consider this hotel expensive for what you get, but for the area, it is probably OK. I tried to take a shower and it didn't work at all. I requested a fair refund of $20 and they refused because I had paid cash for the room. It was too late to switch rooms. I will never stay at this Best Western again. The price of $100 a night was way too much for this motel.
