We do have a "one warning only" policy in place, enforced by Security, before troublemakers are evicted from property. “Won't be back!!!”

It's more a spring break party place!!! Walls are paper thin and there was roaches. Was really disappointed. Brochure shows it cleaner / nicer then it really is. Staff was nice but the food and the drinks was expensive and the food is not that great.

Adam, Sorry for the confusion, however there is no scam. Rates fluctuate depending on occupancy levels and, usually, certain nights during the week. Friday & Saturday rates will typically be higher than any other night simply because those nights are when occupancy is higher. The Postcard Inn does a great job of showcasing this property virtually. They nailed the lobby design along with the restaurant. All goes quickly downhill from there however. “Loved the view”

We loved our stay at the PCI. It's such a "family" feel with the rooms all circling the courtyard. The pool is large with a lot of chairs available for laying out. The beach bar/beach was my favorite part. It was gorgeous, and we had a great stay.
