My family and I stayed at Grayl's Hotel celebrating my birthday! The staff was kind and very accomodating. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view. We will stay at Grayl's Hotel again. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great location for those aiming to be in the heart of downtown. Great, friendly staff. Attention to design detail leaves a little to be desire. Wood working finish, cabling needs to be hidden better.
