The bad news...and there is very little of it...mandatory valet parking at $12 and the "business center" is one cranky lobby computer. Very nice hotel with all the amenities. Full breakfast, pool, hottub and very comforable updated rooms. The hotel is in a great location...walking distance to everything to do in downtown St. Pete. I've stayed here twice and had a great time at near by Janus Landing and Vinoy Park.

This property is old but reasonably restored. By old I mean historic. Consistent Courtyard quality. Front desk lacked a bit.

The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was courteous and very friendly. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the downtown area as well as the beach. We used the courtesy shuttle and was amazed that they would return to pick us up with just a phone call (loved having our own personal driver and for free!)... More

This is a historic hotel, nice for business travel but not necessarily for family vacation. It doesn't have the best views and I would never take a walk around the block without my husband.
