Very good location right on the gulf. All kitchen utensils, pots and pans seem to be brand new.very good spot to see the ocean from the patio. very quiet excellent beach chairs and great location for sunsets, fishing and Shelling.laundry room very nice and the secret pool was really sweet

We love staying at Mitchell's because life truly feels calm here. Everything you need is at your disposal...good bikes, pools, kayaks, even laundry facilities. Love, love, love this place. Very quiet and clean. Away from crowds. We will definitely return next year. We have been to Sanibel many times but this is our first visit to Mitchell's. Great place to stay with your dog.

This resort is exactly as described and pictured. Cottages are a throwback to old Florida style and a short stroll to the beach. They are very clean, decently equipped and generally comfortable. Can't say enough nice things about the place. They provide bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas without additional charges. Even when we needed extras for company. Fantastic location, lots of shells ." business office" for visitors so I was able to print out our boarding passes. Cant wait to go back!!!

We love down home places. This wax clean, wee appointed and obviously has been here for a while. No question the owner take pride I how it looks and the maintenance.
