For the money we paid for this property, which advertises "high speed internet", we were VERY disappointed at just how bad the internet connection was. We booked a one bedroom condo D6 last minute after visting family in Naples, Fl. The condo was newly updated, and well equipped. Close walk to the beach. The front desk staff was very helpful. We also liked that we could rent bikes on the property. Well kept grounds, nice pool, small complex. Would definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our 1 bedroom condo at Sanibel Arms. The staff was friendly, the location is great (right on the beach), the price was reasonable, the pool was warm, and the condo was perfect for travelers on a budget. 2 adults and a 5 year old

We discovered the Sanibel Arms by chance but were grateful "Lady Luck" smiled on us! The properties were well appointed and ideally located by a fabulous stretch of beach. The staff were superb and, this says it all, we shall be returning next year!
