Gulf Place is a quiet and well kept charming place. I love the area! 30A is the coolest place to vacation with all of the diifferent communities that have their own personality. There is walking/biking trails all along 30A and there is something to do for the whole family. You are still very close to Destin with all of the... More

We stayed at Gulf Place Cabanas last week, a condo property managed by ResortQuest. We had booked our condo through VRBO but unfortunately ended up next to a room full of Ole Miss spring breakers who had fraudulently gotten their room by having an adult sign for the room and then hand them the keys (desk agent told me that).... Just returned from Thanksgiving at Santa Rosa Beach. We stayed in room 316, The Inn at Gulf Place. The room was clean, nicely decorated, sufficient but cozy for 4. The beach is located very nearby, and it's a beautiful beach with great facilities (bathrooms, picnic shelter) right there at the public access. The condo is very close to boutique shopping... More

We just got home from our week-long vacation at Gulf Place and we loved the location and the atmosphere. It's located right in between Seaside and Destin, but the beaches were much less crowded. And even though Gulf Place had plenty of cars in the parking lots, it was really quiet - even at the pool, the people there were... More

We just stayed at Six Palms at Gulf Place #3A which we got through 30A Resorts... very nice condo but beware- there is a bar downstairs that plays live music until 10:30 pm. May not seem very late to you, but with small children, its incredibly long.... if we had known we would have looked for somewhere much quieter. Also,... More

We stayed in a room run by Resort Quest in the Gulf Place complex. There are many places to stay in Gulf Place. The room we had was just above the shops at the corner of HWY 30A and 393. The room looked nice when we first opened the door, but the bed was falling apart - literally. My husband... More

We had a blast on our vacation. This year, we stayed in Gulf Place Cabanas. The place was cute, but a bit small for the money. Also, the king bed was hard and not very comfortable. The beach is great and pretty secluded. We love all the pools on the property. We really preferred Gulf Place Courtyards which is where... More

My family and I stayed in Gulf Place Cabanas. We have two children under 5 years of age. It was the perfect spot for us. We went at the end of August and got an incredible value. Working with the owner, Bruce, was a pleasure. I found the accomodation on VRBO. I had debated between a ground floor condo and... More

We rented a condo directly from an owner for a last minute, end of summer trip to our favorite area. We usually stay in Sandestin so this was our first trip to Santa Rosa. The area was easy to find while being off the beaten path a bit. Easy 15-20 minute drive to heart of Destin but away from the... More

My husband and I were to attend a wedding on the beach in Santa Rosa and this property is what was suggested that we stay for the wedding on Saturday. 3 night stay required but was no problem. THIS CONDO WAS FANTASTIC!!! The color scheme, the kitchen, the bath and half was a life saver. Unfortunately, for me - I contracted... More
