Watercolor Inn is the best place to stay if you want hotel service on 30A. rooms are very nice but not extravagant. Pricey for the stay. $485 for weekend night plus resort fee of $25 and then two layers of taxes. Views are great. Twice a day maid service is very nice at the beach. Rooms were refurbished a short... I've taken my family here 3 times, and we are going back again for the 4th of July. The place has great quality properties, they are very well maintained, and the entire atmosphere is family oriented. Once you arrive, the mode of transport changes to bikes, and you can bike with the whole family anywhere... the kids will love you... More

My husband and I were here in early May for a board retreat for the second consecutive year. We stayed in the inn. It is a quaint lovely place. We were greeted by very helpful and courteous staff. We forgot several things in our car and they actually offered to retrieve them for us....talk about service! There's an adult only... More

We stayed at the WaterColor Resort in the Premium Gulf View Rotunda suite on the 4th floor last week to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything was absolutely perfect - the room, the beach, the pools, the dining. The staff at this hotel is awesome and go out of their way to make your stay extra special. Everything from the... We stayed in an ocean front room on the 4th floor. The room was decorated in a "beachy" style with shades of aqua and beige and was pretty and comfortable. We ate in their restaurant, A Fish Out of Water, where we had a great grouper dish and a salted caramel souffle. Yum! We'll stay here again when we're in... More

We just stayed at the Watercolor Inn for 3 days last week, and we had a fabulous stay. Our suite (on the third floor, with a great view) was big, well-equipped, and very nicely decorated. The bed was absolutely amazing. The staff at the hotel, beach club, and beach were very friendly and accommodating, and we loved having all of... More

We were pleased to see your review letting people know about our beautiful Resort and friendly staff. Combine that with the amenities we offer, and proximity to the beach and Seaside, this definitely is the place to stay in Northwest Florida for those with a young child. Hopefully this is the start of a yearly family tradition! More

My husband and I have stayed at the Watercolor Inn numerous times and like always, it was wonderful! The staff is always so kind, the cookies at turndown are delicious, and the rooms had been redecorated. I would definitely recommend staying here. Make sure you request the 3rd or 4th floor and take advantage of their bicycles...it's the easiest way... More

Thank you for once again choosing WaterColor and taking the time to write a review! We appreciate your pointing out the renovations to the rooms along with the amenities of our freshly baked cookies and bicycles. Unfortunately, there were repairs that required immediate attention in upstairs bar at the BeachClub, so we did have to close the area for a... More

Location is great and floors 2 and up have a great view. We were on top floor with fantastic view for a week. For the price however I'd expect a little more cleaning and better service. Cobwebs in hallways, dirty windows. Service at the pavillion pool was about non existant. If you want a romantic getaway or special occasion then... More

We appreciate your taking the time to write a review and letting us know which areas you found not up to your expectations. Families do enjoy staying in our vacation rental homes, which are better suited for 4 or more guests. The amenities of our bikes, kayaks and our hiking and biking paths are noted by many guests as the... More

Throughout the week we had to tolerate partying of rude and destructive Spring breakers around our small children wherever we went. Unsupervised kids are allowed to ride around on bicycles throughout the night being loud and obnoxious. The pools are either cold or filthy with run down pool side furniture and ratty resort beach towels. The food is extremely overpriced!... More

We are very sorry to hear your stay at WaterColor Resort was not a positive experience. It is true that Spring Break can be very busy and there are many more families with teenage children that vacation at that time. Families feel safe at the Resort and do allow children to ride bikes unsupervised as well as have the freedom... More
