Sparkling new with modern interiors. I like the room decor a lot, and it's very functional. AC worked great, bathroom spotless. I had a third party reservation at this hotel which the third party screwed up. Not to worry, the extremely cheerful and competent staff took a "customer first" attitude and had it resolved quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were large and quiet and the free hot breakfast was one of the better that we have had.

My husband and I went to Sarasota at the end of March. We were not planing on staying at this hotel but because of the time of year most places were booked. We were pleasantly surprised.
