Very modest no frills motel but very inexpensive and clean. Continental breakfast of toast, bagels, cereal and fruit which we ate by the pool. Owners extremely nice and friendly. great location just down the road from the Ringling Museum.

This is one of those old style hotels that is starting to look tired. Fundamentally there is nothing wrong with it depending on ones standards. Very helpful and welcoming owner who was flexible re checking in time and able to provide useful local info. Breakfast by the pool in the morning was great and the 3 days we stayed there were comfortable and very good value. I'd stay here again!

I visited Sarasota to go to the opera with a group of friends. This motel is convenient (close to airport) and reasonably priced. The rooms are comfortable and a continental breakfast is served. I stay there every year I go to Sarasota (10 years now?).
