We stayed for one-night pre-cruise and found the hotel staff, specifically Therian (front desk) and Fred (maintenance) were especially helpful. Online photos are indeed decieving. Room was in terrible shape. Three of the windows had large cracks, plumbing was poor and the bathtub flooring was unstable with a significant amount of water trapped underneath--seriously gross!
