Not too close to Tampa, but if you don't mind a bit of a drive it's a pretty good value. Rooms were clean with comfy beds (pillows could be better though), free wifi and a nice work desk. Room was clean and quiet. Bed slept great. They do allow small animals but you cannot smell evidence of them. Bob Evans next door. They do not have complimentary breakfast but they do have coffee.

We stayed here once before on a trip to Florida, my ex-wife works at the Bob Evans Restaurant next door. Nice little place, smelled a little damp but you get accustomed to it.
