“Very nice Westin, even better service!”

My experience at this hotel was superlative in comparison to other Westin hotels. In particular, I was very impressed with the service I received upon check-in. I would both recommend, AND stay at this hotel again in the future!

“Staff has"don't care" attitude”

Stayed 2 weeks on business recently and found the hotel very blah. The worst part was the staff. They kept telling me they would find a working frig for my room, never did. Duvet was soiled with blood and it took 2 days to get it replaced. Would not recommend.

We had a great stay at Westin Tampa Bay. The view and service distinguish it from other Hotels in its class and the room was spotless and beautiful. Close to everything and Starbucks on Site.

Great Hotel! Had a great dinner at the Aqua Bar & Grille. Sat outside on the patio and enjoyed the sunset. We would like to thank Barbara and Nick for the excellent service they provided! “Had a comfy relaxing time”

This Westin actually exceeded our expectations. The heavenly bed was heavenly; the TV was new, had a great picture and sound; the hotel was quiet and the shower was hot. More than that, the view from our room of the bay was spectacular and the room service food was sensational!

nothing special about this hotel. indoor pool only (no outdoor pool), club level lounge was simple and basic breakfast (not on weekends). service was fine and rooms were fine, but would only pick this property if need to stay near airport
