I turned the TV on, it didn't work! My huaband looked at it and found the plug and the cable were unpluged! The cable was damaged! My husband took the damaged cable to the front desk and it took over an hour for it to be fixed! At 6 AM until we checked out, people were very loud getting on... More

When I booked this room the picture I saw was totally and completely different from what was given to us... not cool, however the room I was given was clean but the mattress can use an upgrade or replacement.

I stayed at this hotel before an early flight out of Tampa 5.31. The front staff are very nice and professional but the room I was put in badly needed renovation and new rug.
