I've had the pleasure to stay at Sunbay twice, both for two weeks at a time. I cannot tell you enough how impressive this place is. The key is their friendliness. They will go out of the way to make you comfortable.

For the price, we should have known! Booked 4 nights and foolishly paid upfront. When we left after 2, no refund, just like others. No screen on bathroom window, traffic all hours of the night, cockroaches, mold...this place has it all!

NICE PLACE CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!! Few steps to the beautiful Spring bayou. 1/2 a blk to the antique district.Walking distance to the sponge docs. Owners were very nice and helpfull. I will be back!!

This is the worst place we've ever stayed. Dirty, moldy, smelly. There were bare wires hanging from the ceiling which complimented the bare light bulb in the non-working ceiling fan.
