Room on second floor quiet and had wonderful gulf view. Staff very gracious, worked to correct miscommunication with Travel site and resolved problem to our satisfaction. Good location; adjacent pancake house a kick for one morning..then repetitive. Good facilities and value for small but well kept hotel.
