Large, clean rooms. Kids loved the pool complete with cabanas for shade surrounding it. Located in a modern, 'suburban' area of town. A bit of a drive to the beach and local restaurants in Sarasota.

Very clean, nice rooms right across the street from the regatta entrance. Fantastic hot breakfast! The extra sleeper sofa was a real help on space. The staff was very helpful. You can walk to several restaurants as well. We'll be back!

We have stayed in all of the hotels in this area (Hampton Inn - on freeway, Fairfield-yuck), holiday inn double beds and just ok). Comfort suites is the best. Queen Beds, refrigerators, very clean rooms, best breakfast, friendly staff, etc.

Front desk check-in was a breeze and the staff friendly and helpful.
Got up to our room and it was spotless - I mean really really clean !!
Bathroom also was the same (super clean) and had nice toiletries.

This a modern beautiful hotel!! Hot buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, very clean. Whether you stay for a night or a week it feels like home. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly! It's right off the interstate but all the attractions are relatively close. St. Arkansas Circle is a must visit! Great place to have a date night!

Nice, clean, near-new hotel. Granite counters and bathroom, microwave, refrigerator, free wired and wireless internet, good computers and free printer in the lobby. What's not to like?
