Mediocre. Bad smell throughout hotel. Room keys worked only a quarter of the time. 2/3 fitness machines not working. Small stains on bed sheets. Large stains on carpets. Very comfortable bed, though. Fairly quiet. Worth perhaps $70/night, not the $109/night I paid.
