The staff was amazing from the check in until the check out. One in our party had a family emergency and had to leave early which was met with extreme compassion by staff. Lobby and atrium/breakfast smelled strongly of smoke. Odor carried into hallways outside rooms. Desk staff stood in open entry smoking (observed on 3 different occasions). Linens were badly worn (holes). Breakfast was sparse and poorly prepared.

The hotel is OK. Reception staff were universally bright, cheerful, and helpful. It's an inexpensive hotel and a good value for the money. We'd be quite happy to stay here again. What, I've got to have 200 characters for a review. OK This requirement sucks and maybe I won't bother to post any reviews.

The thin walls and floors, along with the central atrium all lead to a noisy hotel. A youth softball team arriving at 11:30 PM didn't help, but it does show how poorly the rooms are insulated for noise.

We spent one night here on our way home from Florida. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was dark and quiet, we slept well. The shower had the usual "green" water saver. Not too crazy about that however,we would stay here again.

We stay in Hamptons for free using the honor points and have always had good luck - till now. Cartersville was HORRIBLE. AC unit sounded like a Harley. Bathroom was dirty... I mean dirty! Breakfest was nothig like we normally get. Still a fan of the chain, but will avoid this branch.

Hotel convenient and clean with friendly staff. The woman at the front desk went out of her way to answer my questions about the community. Town is fun to visit . Wish we'd been a couple of weeks later so the trees and flowers had been blooming.
