This hotel is amazing. I have never been more pleased with a hotel. The staff was incredible. Was there to visit my Fiance from Fort Benning. The staff and experience at this hotel made the trip much more enjoyable. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!.

Regularly stay at HIE when in Columbus - clean , priced well , caring staff - Linda at the front desk is extremely friendly and helpful when we are in town. Nice breakfast and Manager hour thru the week. There are a nuber of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive - very convenient Would recommend highly

I've stayed at this location every time I've been to Columbus which over a period of 1 1/2 years has added up to 12 times and each stay has been excellent. I attribute this to the awesome staff Ms. Linda, and Ben just to name a few really go the extra mile to make your home away from home enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this HI Express At Northlake in Columbus. We will always stay at this hotel when in the greater Columbus area. The staff there is absolutely wonderful. The rooms and common areas are very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! The breakfast is good and the attendant is contentious and helpful. They offer managers reception on some days and afternoon cookies and popcorn. They are very nice and I always stay here when I am in Columbus.
