Typical stay...on business north of Atlanta. Chose Comfort Suites -bc of location. Hotel has been renovated. Owner obviously reinvesting some of my charges. Clean bedding, lighting excellent, bathroom...old but not dilapidated...shower was refreshing after long day---renovated w/in recent past. Yeah...when in the area worth it, of course not a five star but a good three to four.

My husband and I appreciated the wonderful service there during a four day stay in February. All personnel were very willing to help in any way, were extremely pleasant and seemed to go out of their way to provide excellent service. We have stayed there many times, and we have always found it a great place to stay.

I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express but for some reason I ended up at the Comfort Suites. I visit Northside Hospital on a regular basis for business and I will definitely stay at the Comfort Suites next time I come to town. Everyone was pleasant, the hotel was nice and quiet and I got a great nights sleep.

I would not recommend this hotel to a dog.. The rooms were very nasty hair all in the bed ants coming out of the ac and bathroom if you like to be nasty then this is the place for you.. The front desk are jerks..

Manager (rude) charged my acct. $225.00 in addition to my bill = $196.00 and refused to refund my acct. I am still attempting to collect through customer service.

This hotel was great. We stay at hotels about 50 days a years and I would suggest to anyone who wants a nice room and friendly staff to stay here. The breakfast they serve is great.
