We stay at this park because of its distance from our house to Florida. They generally escort you to your site and make sure that you are ok with it. They send hot chocolate chip cookies after a few minutes. Park is clean and service is friendly.

The campsite was clean. The staff was extremely friendly. The owner loves flowers and it shows. We stayed in a tent, if you do, ask for T-1. Tent site one is the easiest to unload because you can park right next to your site. We walked the park and it is nicely laid out and easy for RVs to get...

Finishing up a two week trip through several states, staying exclusively at KOA Campgrounds, and stopped at this one on the way home. Immediately didn't like a lot of things: poor signage and directions on how to get to the campgrounds, charge for wifi ($5 per day per device) and it is throttled so it is s-l-o-w. There is also...

The staff was incredibly friendly and they were able to give us a nice site with last minute notice even though it was Memorial Day weekend. Refusal to provide us with copies of receipts
Refusal to provide checkout paperwork
Dirty pool...

This time we did not realize when we booked that this was the same campground. But we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was courteous, escort to site, fresh hot cookies delivreed to site shurtly...

The location was terrible. It was right on a frontage rd. by the freeway. All you could hear was 18 Wheelers passing by honking, and traffic. The one bedroom cabin we stayed in had blood stained bed cover and when I asked for a new one, they just flipped the mattress. The cabins are too close to each other so...
