The room that I rented for 2 weeks was nasty when I arrived. I had to clean the room myself before the stay. The bedding was stained. I had to was those also on the first night of my stay before I could use them. I rented this room because there was an emergency at my place and I had to find housing with no advance notice. I was billed for an additional day $76 due an billing error. The manager said she would correct this and fix my bill but this never happened. Lashonda at the front office was very rude and unprofessional. I was attempting to extend my stay from Saturday until Sunday. Lashonda said that I could not because the office was closed on Sunday. Once I told her that I only needed to stay until Sunday not Monday. She told me that I had to leave Saturday. Once I checked out she never gave me my security deposit that I paid in cash .Once I called on the phone to ask why I didnt receive my deposit she talked over me and hung up the phone on me. I never received my deposit. This type of customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. The comfort level of Lashonda with her unprofessional, takcy behavior let you know that this is the norm for this location. I will make sure I pass the word about my experience. No one should ever have to experience such tacky and rude service especially when they arw PAYING for a service.

almost $400 per week is too much for this low budget motel! cleaning staff is unprofessional and doesnt clean very well. cleaning lady told me that i should feel free to clean my own room because it was like my own home and ppl normally clean their own homes. at $400, i want ALL the services that come with it! then while she did a poor version of cleaning my room (which she was running several hours late on her rounds so she was rushing) as i sat outside the door, her son came up the walkway asking if she was in my room. i said yes and he proceeded to ENTER my room! they stood in there discussing a 3rd person who needed to get picked up. then he left and she 'finished' and left as well. i will say she was kind in helping me bring my chair back into the room and she spoke kindly to me. about an hour later as i was sitting in my room with my door open to let in fresh air, her son came back, walked up to the threshold of my door and yelled "mama!". i told him she was gone and after questioning me on her whereabouts (as if i knew) he left. i felt the whole experience was very unprofessional! bathroom smelled of urine prior to our using it and remained that way regardless of cleaning for 2 weeks. room also had roaches and ants. horrible place for that much money!

We stayed here for two weeks. The pillows are jail quality at best. We were informed that rooms are cleaned once weekly and our scheduled day was Monday. On our 'scheduled' cleaning day they came in and remade the beds with our same soiled linens. That's it. They did not collect trash or used towels, nothing, not even vaccumed.I called the front desk and asked for clean sheets and the manager "Alex" came to the room empty handed and told me I almost made her go 'ghetto' and she wasn't bringing clean linens because they were out. I asked if I could check back later and she called me an uppity white b×××*!? Not sure what kind of business they are running but we were unimpressed and will not be returning and we will be telling everyone we know to steer clear, including our fellow corporate travelers.

First of all, I would like to say that the (General Manager) Forest has been nothing, but rude to us since we stayed there. Whoever hired him needs to get rid of him and let the nice Caucasian lady take over. She is more of a customer oriented person than he is. My mother came to the hotel yesterday to help me out and just because she was a few minutes after 7, he told her that we was going to have to pay the deposit over, which was 90 something dollars and mom said she didn't have it. Prior to that, he kept saying that people need to make sure that they come on time and kept typing so hard and fast on the keyboard as if he was going to break it. When I first moved in there, I first had an encounter about the towels in the room. They looked dingy. I confronted him with this and he said those towels were new and that they were ours to keep. The housekeeper Linda said they wash them that's why it look like that. The dryer be burning them. I also asked him if we could get some trash bags and he said they only supply trash bags when the housekeepers clean the rooms so I just said ok. I didn't want to waste mytime arguing with him. Its obvious that he is not happy with what he is doing. I mean if he don't like what he doing he don't need to take it out on others. Give the job to someone else who know how to treat people. Also, if you ever have to use the restroom when you are locked out of your room, don't ask Forest because my 10 year old asked to use the restroom and he told her no. Lastly, this place is not like you intend it to be. Drug dealers live over there and people who just may be looking for a place to stay temporarily or long term or just for an affordable price. Intown is the cheapest in Douglas County from what I have seen.

Stayed 1 week too long. While relocating, and looking for an apartment chose this place. The first room they attempted to give us the cabinets were damaged and it smelled of urine. It appears that families are actually residing in these 1 room efficient like accommodations. I witnessed kids waiting for the bus and then their return home. They offer a security officer on duty... SCARY! The carpeted area was filthy -- my white athletic socks were black after a day in and out, better than my bare feet. There was a musty smell... So I burned my Yankee candles to mask the smell. I never had a bug issued but others complained. Laundry facilities were always in use so I went elsewhere. The office hours are odd 11 am-7 pm

I had to get a hotel room while my apartment was getting fixed. This was the best time of my life. The room was huge. I loved the flat screen TV. I really wouldn't mind living here. Maybe we will consider it. The weekly riim service and laundry on-site was the best. This has made my life a little bit easier during this really tough time. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.
